Sequoyah Elementary

To kick off our upcoming Book Fair, we are going to begin the All for Books Coin Challenge on Monday, Feb. 6th.  Each day during this week students will be asked to bring a different coin. All coins collected will benefit students and teachers at Sequoyah during the book fair. Scholastic will then match the funds we collect with a donation of their own to help fund books for students in another community! Mrs. Freeman will award the class that collects the most money  with  a free book from the book fair.  That's right, every student in the winning class will get to chose a free book from the book fair!  The classes that come in second and third place will be awarded popsicles in the library .  The Book Fair is tentatively scheduled to begin Feb. 16th.
