Congratulations to junior Bella Knoernschild on her outstanding performance in the classroom and on the court for the RHS volleyball team.
"Cyclone Broadcasting's Ali Lara made her statewide television debut this week, hosting a segment on KARK's morning show Thursday. Lara appeared alongside KARK host and former Razorback player DJ Williams in hosting a trivia contest. Lara has completed two job shadows thus far this year, and is in line for several internships this summer."
"Cyclone Broadcasting student Mary Stratton was honored by Scorebook Lives' Nate Olson this week for her work as an intern for the nationwide sports organization. Stratton has continued her work with SB Live through the school year, earning a promotion in the process. Stratton also completed a job shadow internship at EAB Radio this summer; writing commercials and creating graphics for the organization's social media."
"Students from Mr. Brent's Cyclone Broadcasting class spoke with communications officials from NASA this week, ahead of the Eclipse symposium at the Center for the Arts. Students had the opportunity to discuss media strategy, writing for the government agency, and the potential for internships in the field."

EAST students Raynee Bacorn, Avery Feemster, Brady Johnson, & Annalise Woodall attended two different trainings at EAST Initiative in Little Rock Tuesday. Raynee and Annalise attended a session on digital photography. Avery and Brady attended a session on mapping with drones.
Russellville High School students all had the opportunity to learn about the wide variety of trades and job opportunities that are available for them in the Russellville Region. Thanks to all of the businesses that came out and the Russellville Chamber for hosting such a great event!

Thanks to our Retail Business Panel Speakers for speaking with our Retail Business and Digital Marketing classes about the various aspects of running a business, including Marketing, Design, Management, and Sales!
